Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Ask Gui, including the website, chat widget, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ask Gui is an assistant that helps you work with your organization’s connected systems. Features, availability, and connected sources may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You may need to sign in (for example with Google) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and notify your organization if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law.

4. Your content

You retain rights in the prompts, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us the right to process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including generating responses and maintaining conversation history where the product does so.

5. Third-party services

Sign-in and some features rely on third parties (such as Google and Amazon Web Services). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that responses will be complete or accurate. You remain responsible for how you use the output. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
