Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ask Gui (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website, chat widget, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information when you sign in (for example name and email provided by Google).
- Content you submit, including chat messages, voice input, and related conversation history.
- Usage and technical data such as timestamps, session identifiers, browser type, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the Service.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- authenticate you and keep your session secure;
- operate the assistant, generate responses, and maintain history;
- host, monitor, and improve the Service;
- meet security, legal, and operational requirements.
3. Third parties
Sign-in and hosting rely on third parties, including Google (account sign-in) and Amazon Web Services (infrastructure). Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep account, conversation, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a limited period afterward for security, debugging, and legal obligations. Your organization may also control how long Ask Gui data is retained in systems it connects.
5. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
6. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to your Ask Gui administrator or Dakota Digital. See also our Terms of Service.
